Our client are a global luxury goods group, recruiting a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Controller. This is a chance to step up your career to take on a strategic role at a world-renowned brand.

Responsibilities:

• - Work closely with Finance Director and Management Team.
• - Improve financial processes (incl. digital transformation initiatives).
• - Set up internal controls.
• - Ensure adherence to group policies & legal compliance.
• - Give financial advice for management decisions and financial reviews.
• - Supervise budgeting and forecasting.
• - Collaborate with department heads on budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• - Manage group financial reports.

Required Experience:

• - 4+ years of relevant experience.
• - Experience in a controlling role.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
• - Proficient in application software such as Excel, SAP, etc.
• - Preference for candidates with JCPA or US CPA qualifications, and Bookkeeping Level 1 (簿記1級).
