Technology Finance Specialist - Budget Management

A leading company in the food and restaurant industry is looking for a Technology Finance Specialist to manage the budget for their Technology Division. This role focuses on financial planning and analysis to improve technology investments. The position provides a good work-life balance with options for remote work and flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the annual technology budget and work closely with finance planners.

- Monitor spending, analyze budget differences, and update forecasts, sharing results with technology leaders and finance teams.

- Perform financial analyses to find cost-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to financial best practices.

- Work with stakeholders to carry out cost-cutting measures across operational and project expenses.

- Help project managers with budget planning and business case analysis.

- Ensure contract and project spending matches approved budgets in collaboration with technology management offices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on technology budget management.

- Experience with technology projects and business case development.

- Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders.

- Knowledge of technology systems and strategies and familiarity with technology terms and processes.

- Fluent in English and Japanese with excellent interpersonal skills.
