Our client are a leading financial services / securities company, searching for an IT Project Manager to handle Fixed Income projects. Suitable candidates will be Japanese/English bilingual, PMP certified, and have understanding of fixed income securities. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects within the fixed income space, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and tailor IT solutions.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status and implement project standards across the department.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of relevant IT project management experience.
- Experience in finance or securities.
- Understanding of fixed income market.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Experience in leadership / people management.
- Native or business-level fluency in Japanese.
