Our client are a global cosmetics company, recruiting a Finance Manager. You'll take wide strategic responsibilities in strategic planning, financial goal setting, profit and loss, cash flow planning, budgeting, and business analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report financial data.
• Assist in annual budgeting and planning.
• SWOT Analysis (for business planning & strategic opportunity identification).
• Financial goal setting and competitive benchmarking.
• Identify & track key metrics and processes for strategy implementation.
• Profit and loss statements and budgets/forecasts.
• Prepare initiative analysis, including investments, cash flows, and net operating profit.
• Ensure compliance with reconciliation standards, USGAAP, SOX.
• Act as financial liaison with HQ.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in accounting or finance
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, CMA, and/or MBA (preferred).
• Experience in business process changes.
• Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Understanding of strategy, managerial accounting, & corporate finance.
• Skills in business planning and financial analysis.
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
