Finance Manager (Accounting & FP&A) - Growing Consumer Goods Company

Our client are a leader in consumer goods, hiring a Finance Manager specialized in accounting / FP&A.

Our client have a very strong presence in Japan, and have experienced steady growth for years.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage accounting team (incl. financial and management accounting and tax areas).
• - Monitoring Profit and Loss Statements and Balance Sheets, and taking corrective action when necessary.
• - Manage operations for various measures and new transactions from an accounting and tax perspective.
• - Building relationships with financial institutions.

Qualifications:

• - At least 3 years of relevant experience
• - Experience in management consulting or accounting/corporate planning.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
• - Level 2 bookkeeping qualification (preferred).
• - Experience leading business improvement projects (preferred).
• - Team management experience (preferred).
• - Previous work experience in a venture company (preferred).
