Key Responsibilities


Regularly inspect and maintain hotel facilities and systems.
ホテルの施設や設備の定期点検およびメンテナンスを実施する。

Ensure equipment works safely and handle initial issues promptly.
設備が安全に稼働するよう管理し、初期トラブルを迅速に対応する。

Implement strategies to save energy and cut costs.
省エネルギー対策を実施し、コスト削減を推進する。

Oversee fire safety checks and conduct evacuation drills.
防火点検を管理し、避難訓練を実施する。

Stay updated on laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.
関連法規や規制の最新情報を把握し、適切な対応を行う。

Develop repair schedules, manage costs, and monitor budgets.
修繕計画を策定し、コスト管理および予算の監視を行う。

Plan and manage the renewal of equipment and furnishings.
設備や備品の更新計画を立案し、管理を行う。

Create and execute long-term maintenance plans.
長期的なメンテナンス計画を策定し、実行する。

Lead and manage a team, ensuring smooth department coordination.
チームを率い、各部署との円滑な連携を確保する。

Hire and manage contractors for construction and repairs, ensuring quality and timely work.
建築・修繕工事のための業者を選定・管理し、品質と納期を確保する。


Qualifications


More than 5 years in facility management in hotels or large facilities.
ホテルまたは大規模施設でのファシリティマネジメント業務経験5年以上。

Expertise in building and equipment maintenance.
建物および設備の維持管理に関する専門知識。

Experience in managing renovation and repair projects.
改修・修繕プロジェクトの管理経験。

Strong knowledge of safety standards and laws.
安全基準および関連法規の深い知識。

Skills in budgeting and cost management.
予算管理およびコスト管理のスキル。

Preferred certifications: Building Management Engineer, Class 2 Boiler Technician, Type 2 Electrician, Hazardous Materials Handler, Class 3 Refrigeration Equipment Manager, Firefighting Equipment Officer, Energy Manager.
歓迎資格: 建築物環境衛生管理技術者、第2種ボイラー技士、第2種電気工事士、危険物取扱者（乙種）、第3種冷凍機械責任者、消防設備士、エネルギー管理士。
