We are looking for an ESG Strategy and Risk Consultant to join our client, a global name in business consulting firm in Tokyo.

In this role, you will help clients understand and manage environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues in today's business world. You will be instrumental in creating long-term strategies, improving governance and risk management, and meeting stakeholder expectations.

東京オフィスにて、ESGコンサルタントを募集しています。本ポジションでは、クライアントが環境、社会、ガバナンス（ESG）に関連する課題を理解し、管理できるよう支援します。長期的な戦略策定、ガバナンスとリスク管理の向上、ステークホルダーの期待に応える役割が求められます。

Responsibilities

- Help clients develop ESG-focused management strategies and organizational structures.

クライアントのためにESG重視の経営戦略や組織構造の構築を支援

- Carry out thorough risk assessments for new projects, international growth, and supply chain activities.

新規プロジェクトや国際展開、サプライチェーン活動におけるリスク評価を実施

- Advise on improving group governance and handling third-party risks.

グループガバナンスの改善や第三者リスク対応の助言

- Offer insights on geopolitical risks and future planning from an ESG viewpoint.

ESGの観点から地政学的リスクや将来計画に関する洞察を提供

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

関連分野の学士号以上

Experience in corporate planning, sustainability, or risk management.

企業計画、サステナビリティ、リスク管理の経験

Involvement in ESG or technology-driven projects.

ESGまたは技術主導プロジェクトへの関与

Fluent Japanese and Proficiency in English or another foreign language.

日本語が流暢で、英語または他の外国語能力

Experience

- Consultants: Interest and basic knowledge in ESG, supply chain, or business strategy.

コンサルタント：ESG、サプライチェーン、ビジネス戦略に関心と基礎知識

- Managers: At least two years of experience in project or team management.

マネージャー：プロジェクトまたはチームマネジメント経験2年以上
