Enterprise Architect - Business Architecture & Strategy

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the development and execution of system architecture for a top company in the FMCG sector.

In this key role, you will work closely with senior management to create strategic solutions for infrastructure, applications, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create system architecture and roadmaps that align with the strategic goals of senior leaders, including the Global CEO, CIO, and Board Members.
- Turn business challenges into architectural solutions that match the company's priorities, without relying on traditional TOGAF frameworks.
- Work with key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring clear communication and implementation across departments.
- Lead projects by managing and improving roadmaps, solving issues together, and keeping progress on track toward the desired system design.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in enterprise-level system design, focusing on applications, infrastructure, or security.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading projects from start to finish and handling budgets over ¥100 million.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English
- Experience working directly with executive management to advance strategic projects.
- Ability to bridge cultural and professional differences between Japan and Europe, improving project management and communication.
- Commitment to developing team members.
- A positive, health-conscious attitude with a genuine interest in people and strong self-discipline.

資格:

- アプリケーション、インフラストラクチャ、またはセキュリティに焦点を当てたエンタープライズレベルのシステム設計の実務経験。
- プロジェクトを開始から完了まで主導し、1億円以上の予算を扱った経験を持つ強力なプロジェクト管理スキル。
- グローバルでスピードの速い環境で成功するための優れたコミュニケーションスキル。
- 英語に堪能な方
