Engineering Manager - AI/HR Tech - Up to 14M

Our client is a Japanese technology company that specializes in AI-driven solutions across various industries, including healthcare, HR, finance, and manufacturing. They are known for combining cutting-edge AI technology with practical applications to drive innovation in both business and society.

They are currently looking to hire an Engineering Manager to lead product development and the formulation and execution of development strategies. You will support decision-making regarding technology selection and architecture, as well as providing technical guidance to the entire team.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience managing an engineering organization of 4-5 or more members
• Experience in personnel evaluation and career development of team members
• Experience in software development (preferrably Golang, Java, Kotlin, etc.)
• Fluency in Japanese (at least N1 level)
