Engineering Manager

My client focuses on developing and providing various AI products to enhance productivity and stimulate industrial growth. The company is involved in the research and development of AI technologies, including large language models like ChatGPT and generative AI. They offers high-security, cost-effective GPT solutions and generative AI tools to support marketing strategies, analysis, and creative content generation. The company has also achieved milestones such as obtaining the PrivacyMark (P-Mark) certification.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in a technical role. E
• xperience leading an engineering team as an engineering manager (of 5 or more members).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and other web technologies.
• Mastery of at least one backend language (such as Python or Java).
• Japanese (Fluent)
