Employee Relations Manager (Major Software Company)
Our client are a major software provider, recruiting an Employee Relations Manager.
You will have a significant impact across the APAC region and help set industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations and strategies for collective bargaining.
- Advise and train HR leaders and business units on labor relations.
- Collaborate with Legal team.
- Collaborate with Regional HQ.
- Define and implement best practices for labor union relations in IT.
- Manage labor relations across the APAC region, including over 10 markets.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and experience with labor unions.
- Project management skills.
- Experience in IT / software (preferably cloud technologies and enterprise architecture).
- Must be fluent in Japanese.
