Job Title: E-Commerce Business Director

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Business Director to lead and drive the e-commerce strategy and operations for a leading global company in the consumer goods sector. This role will oversee platform performance, strategic partnerships, and the management of a diverse team across key e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and incubate new business opportunities.
- Lead and manage the e-commerce platform team, fostering collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Oversee e-merchandising strategies, including catalog management, promotions, and trade marketing, aligned with marketing calendars.
- Optimize customer experience and purchase paths to enhance conversion, frequency, and average order value.
- Monitor site and business performance, ensuring ROI and customer satisfaction through tools like NPS and reviews.
- Manage the P&L of online platform businesses and lead e-commerce joint business plans with key platform partners.
- Collaborate with IT and platform partners to enhance platform functionalities and tools.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce platforms, including strategy execution for multiple brands and platforms like Rakuten and Amazon.
- Proven track record in sales and P&L management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across various e-commerce channels.
- Fluency in English for effective communication with global teams.
- Passion for e-commerce, a strategic mindset, and a results-driven approach.
