Job Title: Director, Planning & Insights and Range Management

Purpose:
- Lead cross-functional projects that align with the brand's goals.
- Drive sustainable brand growth by analyzing data and insights.
- Oversee product range planning, ensuring it meets profitability, pricing, and other key targets.
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of master data for effective analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning & Insights:
- Lead brand projects, sharing key data and strategies.
- Collaborate with various teams to align on seasonal strategies and improve operations.
- Manage selected brand projects.
- Develop tools and reports for business analysis and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Collect market and consumer insights and turn them into actionable plans for the brand.

2. Master Data Management:
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of master data in line with project timelines.
- Ensure data consistency for accurate analysis.
- Supervise market-related data like customer segmentation and product sizing.
- Manage data transitions across systems and work with IT on system improvements.

3. Range Architecture:
- Develop a range plan for Japan that guides product selection, pricing, and launch timing.
- Create guidance for product assortment planning for different sales channels.

Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years in the sporting goods or a related industry.
- Strong data analysis, process management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Market and financial knowledge.
