Our client are a top hotel chain, recruiting a Director of Sales Operations.

You'll be in charge of managing sales operations, boosting the brand's market presence and fostering customer loyalty, across multiple properties. This includes both current properties, and upcoming / new openings.


主な業務内容

• チームのリードおよび管理
• 地域のセールスオペレーションの監督（セールスプラン、コミュニケーション、報酬、スタッフ開発を含む）
• セールス、マーケティング、レベニューマネジメント、およびディストリビューション戦略のリード
• セールストレーニング資料の作成およびセールス＆マーケティングトレーニングプログラムの立ち上げ
• ルームおよびイベントの収益目標達成を推進し、ホテルに戦略的なガイダンスを提供して潜在的な不足に迅速に対応
• 価格戦略およびセールス予測の監督
• 地域内の新規ホテルオープンをサポートし、ホテルチームへのスムーズな運営移行を確保

応募条件

• ホテル業界での13年以上のセールスおよびマーケティング経験
• チームのリード経験
• セールストレーニングコースの開発および提供経験
• グローバルな顧客へのセールス経験
