Our client are a major, high end hotel in Tokyo. They're recruiting Director of Operations. You'll report direct to the General Manager and manage all hotel functions (including Food & Beverage, Rooms, etc).

• 部門マネージャーの監督
• 予算管理、収益予測、および費用管理
• ブランド基準および法規制の遵守
• 運営上の問題の迅速な対応
• 高水準のゲストサービスの維持

応募資格

• 8年以上のホテル業界での経験
• 同様の運営ポジションでの2年以上の経験
• チーム管理の経験
• 戦略的計画および意思決定のスキル
• 財務管理および予算編成の理解
