We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance to oversee the financial operations at a renowned international hotel in Okinawa. This key role involves managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and participating in strategic decision-making as part of the Executive Committee.


Responsibilities:

• - Oversee all financial operations to support company goals.
• - Prepare and analyze financial reports like balance sheets and income statements.
• - Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs.
• - Ensure compliance with financial standards, local laws, and company policies.
• - Lead the Accounting and Finance Department, using technology for efficiency.
• - Conduct audits to improve internal controls.
• - Manage cash flow, investments, and banking to optimize resources.
• - Train staff to provide excellent service to guests and team members.
• - Handle inquiries professionally to ensure resolution.
• - Work with the General Manager and department heads on forecasts and budgets.
• - Help plan capital expenditures and improve employee productivity.
• - Protect hotel assets and manage credit and collections.
• - Work with auditors to ensure compliance and maintain documentation.

Qualifications:

• - Extensive financial management experience in the hospitality industry.
• - Strong knowledge of financial regulations and taxes.
• - Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
