The role acts as Brand Ambassador and is an integral role in nurturing brand loyalty. The key responsibilities include the delivery of excellent service to cusotmers and the achievement of the monthly sales objectives.

This role is committed to :


  • Ensure an exceptional and personalized customer experience by phone, live-chat and email with a "customer centric" approach and professional manner
  • Strengthen relationships with customers and stores
  • Guide each customer across brand's values, by assuming a listening attitude to gain a strong understanding of the customers and their needs
  • Act as Brand Ambassador and master and respect Brands' E-commerce and Retail Excellence standards and policies
  • Master Brands' products and DNA
  • Ensure a unique and customized customer experience
  • Follow-up and liaise with other departments to meet customer requests
  • Gather customer feedbacks and requests to support a continuous improvement of the customer experience and enrich the Group's strategy
  • Understand individual and team KPIs

    Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written skills in Japanese and business level of English
  • Sensibility to the Luxury world, enthusiasm for the Brands and products
  • Resistance to stress

  • Team spirit, dynamic, flexible, autonomy, positive attitude, and professionalism
  • A strong customer service and problem-solving skills, patience, diplomacy and listening skills
