CRM Senior Manager (Retail)

Job Summary:
Lead CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and acquisition across stores and e-commerce. Utilize data-driven strategies to personalize communication, integrate marketing efforts, and develop experience-focused loyalty programs.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize CRM-driven acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
• Analyze customer data to inform strategy and improve engagement.
• Develop cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and share insights.

Requirements:

• Proven CRM campaign execution and analysis experience.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Native-level Japanese, business-level English (TOEIC 700+).

Preferred:

• Experience with CRM solutions, CDP, and data-driven marketing.
• Collaboration with retail teams to enhance in-store engagement.
• Passion for technology-driven customer strategies.
