Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or Engineering from a top university.
ビジネス、経営、ファイナンス、またはエンジニアリング分野の学位（トップクラスの大学出身者歓迎）。
3-5 years of experience in management consulting, especially in operational risk management or excellence.
マネジメントコンサルティングでの3〜5年の経験、特にオペレーショナルリスク管理や業務改善の経験がある方。
Experience in mining, chemicals, oil and gas, or industrial manufacturing sectors is a plus.
鉱業、化学、石油・ガス、または工業製造業界での経験がある方は尚可。
Fluent in English and Japanese, with strong communication skills.

Excels in complex situations and can navigate ambiguity to deliver results.
