Our client are a leader in Real Estate / Asset Management (不動産、資産管理), recruiting a legal Compliance Director. You'll ensure compliance with legal and internal guidelines at a high level, with generous salary & other benefits.

Responsibilities:

Handle license maintenance and acquisition, including reporting to regulatory bodies.
Manage compliance tasks, particularly Anti-Money Laundering (AML) measures.
Review contracts and corporate actions.
Offer legal and compliance advice to various departments.
Run the Compliance and Investment Committees' operations.
Assist with internal audits.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of compliance in real estate and asset management.
Experience with regulatory affairs and AML processes.
Skills in legal analysis and contract management.
Must be fluent in Japanese.
