Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols.
臨床試験の管理・監督を行い、規制やプロトコルの遵守を確保する。

Track patient enrollment and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
被験者の登録状況を管理し、正確なデータ収集・報告を行う。

Work with various teams to support clinical development plans.
さまざまなチームと協力し、臨床開発計画をサポートする。

Visit study sites to ensure protocol compliance and resolve issues.
治験実施施設を訪問し、プロトコル遵守状況を確認し、問題を解決する。

Keep detailed records and submit reports on time.
詳細な記録を保持し、期限内に報告書を提出する。

Qualifications:
資格:

At least 1 year of experience in clinical research or a related field.
臨床研究または関連分野での1年以上の経験。

Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory standards.
GCP（Good Clinical Practice）ガイドラインおよび規制基準に関する十分な知識。

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
優れたコミュニケーション能力および組織管理スキル。

Ability to work well alone and in a team.
単独でもチームでも効果的に業務を遂行できる能力。

Proficiency in English and Japanese is preferred.
英語および日本語のスキルをお持ちの方歓迎。
