We are looking for a Client Manager skilled in Payment Services for a leading company in the financial services industry. This role focuses on building strong relationships with global Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and major merchants.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong partnerships with global PSPs and major merchants to boost business.

- Improve business metrics like charge volume, revenue, and client satisfaction.

- Create and execute strategies for revenue growth and long-term success.

- Develop relationships with senior management of client organizations and work with internal teams.

- Work independently with teams like Marketing, Pricing, and Risk to handle complex business issues.

- Share industry knowledge and insights with the Client Management team to enhance learning and practices.

資格

- 日本語と英語に流暢であること。

- セールス、ビジネス開発、またはクライアント管理で5年以上の経験。

- 結果に強くフォーカスし、従来の方法に挑戦する能力。

- 迅速な環境での優れた交渉および問題解決スキル。

- 特に支払い業界における金融およびビジネスの確かな理解。

- 戦略的思考力と主要ステークホルダーに影響を与える能力の実績。

- 関連分野の学士号。

- 支払いサービスプロバイダー（PSP）との経験。
