Qualifications

Experience in a senior HR role in the tech or HR sector.

テック業界またはHR分野でのシニアHR職の経験がある方。

Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws in Japan.

日本における人事実務と雇用法に関する深い知識を有する方。

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

優れた対人スキルとコミュニケーション能力を有する方。

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic thinker with a history of successful HR initiatives.
