Our client are a major player in the fintech / finance industry, specializing in cryptocurrency. They are looking for a Chief Architect.

This job is a key position that will guide the company's technical direction.

The suitable candidate will have extensive experience, strong skills in Java development, and fluency in Japanese. If you have a background in crypto, that's a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design trading systems for the finance and crypto sectors.
• Work with senior leaders to set tech goals.
• Lead & manage a team.
• Improve Java-based applications for better performance.
• Keep records of technical plans and changes.
• Stay updated on tech trends in the finance and crypto industries.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in system architecture, ideally in finance or crypto.
• Fluent in Japanese.
• Strong skills in Java development.
• Experience in trading system design.
• Background in crypto is an advantage.
