Certified Tax Accountant, Team Manager (Flex and hybrid work!)

Our client are a global consulting firm, recruiting a certified tax accountant.

You'll provide tax and accounting services to Japanese and international clients. You will handle tax return preparation, offer client advice, and lead a team.

The job comes with a good salary & remote / flexible working options (テレワーク).

Responsibilities:

- Mentor junior team members
- Prepare and review corporate and consumption tax returns
- Provide tax advice to clients
- Support annual tax calculations and manage tax audits
- Handle personal and foreign income tax returns
- Analyze and advise on international tax systems
- Build client relationships and aid business growth

Qualifications:

- Certified tax accountant qualification
- Over 5 years in tax compliance and international taxation
- Experience working in an accounting firm (preferred)
- Experience in handling and reviewing tax returns
- Skilled in managing tax audits and client consultations
- Experience in team management (preferred)
- Experience in M&A and tax restructuring (preferred)
- MUST be fluent in japanese.
