Key Responsibilities:


Advise clients on various capital markets transactions, such as IPOs and securities offerings, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
IPOや証券発行などのキャピタルマーケット取引に関して、規制遵守を確保しながらクライアントに助言を行う。

Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support client projects.
クライアント案件を支援するため、詳細な法的調査と分析を実施する。

Draft and review key legal documents and contracts related to capital markets.
キャピタルマーケットに関連する主要な法的文書や契約書の作成・レビューを行う。

Collaborate with experienced legal professionals to deliver excellent client service.
経験豊富な法務専門家と連携し、質の高いクライアントサービスを提供する。

Stay updated on legal trends and regulatory changes affecting capital markets.
キャピタルマーケットに関する法的トレンドや規制の変更について常に最新の情報を把握する。


Qualifications:


At least 3 years of experience in capital markets law, preferably in a law firm or financial institution.
キャピタルマーケット法の実務経験3年以上（法律事務所または金融機関での経験者歓迎）。

Strong knowledge of Japanese and international securities laws and regulations.
日本および国際的な証券法・規制に関する深い知識。

Excellent analytical and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
優れた分析力とコミュニケーション能力、細部への高い注意力。

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理し、厳しい納期にも対応できる能力。

Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
