C#/Java Team Lead - Financial Services - Up to 16M

Our client is a leading Japanese financial services firm offers global investment, financing, and advisory services. Known for securities trading, asset management, and investment banking, it connects Japan with international capital markets through a mix of traditional and innovative financial solutions.

You will lead a Japan-based Fixed Income Sales development team, overseeing requirement definition, design, development, testing, and deployment of applications. You will also collaborate directly with business users to understand and support their needs, provide 2nd-3rd level production support, and coordinate with global teams in on new projects and tasks.

Requirements:

• More than 3 years application development experience in C#/Java
• More than 3 years experience in RDBMS
• Business level English and Japanese
• Basic knowledge of Infrastructure
