HR Operations & Compensation Lead-Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations & Compensation Lead-Manager for a prominent company in the IT industry. This remote role allows you to work from anywhere in Japan four days a week, offering flexibility and the chance to manage a team in a global setting that encourages innovation and career growth.

Responsibilities:

- Lead an HR team handling payroll, timekeeping, and benefits for 450 employees.
- Create and manage compensation and benefits programs that meet industry standards and company goals.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and work with vendors and internal teams for smooth benefits management.
- Partner with the Global Rewards team on company-wide compensation projects, including salary benchmarking and reviews.
- Offer advice on reward packages during recruitment to attract top talent.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in HR operations, compensation, and benefits management.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and industry practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
