Key Responsibilities:
- Lead organizational restructuring and strategic HR planning.
- Help departments create and carry out long-term strategies.

- Analyze the market to ensure competitive pay strategies.

Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in HR, especially in recruitment, performance management, and pay.
- At least 7 years in HR roles, with both specialist and generalist experience.
- Knowledgeable in labor laws and compliance.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and salary surveys.
