Business Development Representative - SaaS Industry

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to help grow our client's enterprise automation software presence in Japan. You can work remotely 3-4 days a week and join an innovative and global team with great work-life balance.


Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in medium and large companies.
- Use phone and email to follow a structured process and meet activity targets.
- Find and connect with key decision-makers to build lasting relationships.
- Work with the sales team to set up meetings and create a strong sales pipeline.
- Ensure smooth handover of leads from Business Development to Sales.
- Track and report activities using tools like Salesforce.com and Salesloft.com.


Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in lead qualification, generation, or sales; experience in SaaS is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding meeting quota targets.
- Experience with qualifying leads or selling enterprise software (Cloud, AI, ML) is preferred.
- Strong interest in intelligent automation and ability to work within complex organizations.
- Native Japanese and fluent in English preferred.
