Responsibilities:

• - Manage and analyze business unit performance, including reporting and resolving issues.
• - Support strategic decision-making and budget planning.
• - Handle investment assessments, contract evaluations, and working capital.
• - Lead global standardization and new process initiatives.
• - Act as the main contact between local and international business units.

Qualifications:

• - Strong background in finance, accounting, or economics. Understanding of accounting principles and global business operations practice.
• - Skilled in quantitative analysis.
• - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
• - Experience with SAP systems.
• - Programming experience (preferred, but not mandatory).
• - Previous work in Japanese branches of foreign companies (preferred).
