About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic Business Brand Manager to drive the growth and local adaptation of global marketing strategies for a renowned premium lifestyle brand. This role focuses on business development, market analysis, and marketing activations while collaborating closely with Sales, PR, Training, Trade Marketing, and HQ teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute business and marketing strategies to enhance brand performance and presence in Japan.
- Analyze sales performance (by product category, channel, and customer) and identify opportunities for growth.
- Align local strategies with global objectives by providing market insights to regional and HQ teams.
- Lead comprehensive marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, consumer activations, and trade promotions.
- Optimize product portfolios to meet local market demands while adhering to global brand strategies.
- Present new product collections to key stakeholders and priority clients.
- Monitor budgets for marketing activities and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in brand management, business development, or marketing within premium consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven analytical capabilities to turn data insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Native Japanese and fluent English required.
