We are seeking an experienced Japan Brand Director to lead the marketing strategy for a globally renowned luxury brand in Japan. This role offers the opportunity to drive brand equity, execute high-impact consumer engagement strategies, and shape the brand's presence in one of its key global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the brand team in developing consumer-driven marketing and communication strategies.

• Oversee integrated 360 marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights and multi-channel activations.

• Work closely with global and regional teams to align local strategies with the global brand vision.

• Partner with sales and key functions to ensure marketing investments drive both sales and long-term brand growth.

• Manage a high-performing team, fostering innovation and excellence in luxury brand marketing.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in consumer marketing within a luxury or premium brand environment.

• Strategic thinker with expertise in brand positioning, market expansion, and digital marketing.

• Strong business acumen and ability to balance brand storytelling with commercial impact.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate across global and local teams.

• Fluency in Japanese & English.
