Key Responsibilities


Craft a wide range of classic and new cocktails that meet guests' tastes.

Provide excellent, personalized service, engage with guests, suggest drinks, and ensure they are satisfied.

Manage bar supplies, keep stocks ready, and avoid shortages.

Keep the bar clean and organized, follow hygiene and safety rules, and ensure all equipment is clean and working.
バーエリアを常に清潔かつ整理整頓し、衛生・安全基準を遵守し、設備の適切な稼働を維持する。

Mentor junior staff and maintain high service standards.
ジュニアスタッフの指導を行い、常に高水準のサービスを提供できる環境を整える。

Promote premium drinks to enhance guest experiences and increase sales.
プレミアムドリンクを積極的に提案し、ゲストの体験価値を高めるとともに、売上向上に貢献する。

Help organize and run wine tastings and cocktail events.
ワインテイスティングやカクテルイベントの企画・運営をサポートする。

Follow all alcohol regulations and hotel policies to ensure a safe environment.
酒類の提供に関する規制およびホテルのポリシーを遵守し、安全な環境を維持する。

Stay updated on cocktail trends and new ingredients.
最新のカクテルトレンドや新しい材料に関する知識を常にアップデートする。


Ideal Candidate


Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a luxury setting
ラグジュアリーな環境でのバーテンダーまたはミクソロジストとしての実務経験がある方。

Strong knowledge of cocktails and mixing techniques
カクテルやミキシング技術に関する深い知識を持つ方。

Excellent communication and people skills
優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキルを持つ方。

Willingness to work evenings and weekends
夜間や週末の勤務に対応できる方。
