Audit and Advisory Manager (Asset and Wealth Management)
Our client is a leading firm in Tokyo's financial services sector. They are looking for an Audit and Advisory Manager with experience in Asset and Wealth Management. This role allows you to apply your skills to solve complex client issues in the growing fund industry.
You will work with international clients, using your English skills in a fast-paced environment that supports professional growth.
主な業務内容:
- - コンプライアンス支援および資産運用会社の内部統制の構築
- - 受託者責任やマネーロンダリング防止（AML）に焦点を当てた内部監査および実務検査の実施
- - 資産運用における国内外の規制動向の調査
- - 投資計画のためのアドバイザリーストラテジーの開発および運用会社やファンドの設立支援
スキルと資格:
- - USCPAまたはACCAの資格を有すること
- - ビジネスレベルの英語力
- - 金融機関または監査法人での経験が望ましい
- - 金融におけるコンプライアンス管理、規制アドバイザリー、または組織再編に関する強い背景
- - 金融商品取引法および会社法の知識
- - 日本語力があると尚良い
