Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s schedule, organize meetings, and handle correspondence.

CEOのスケジュール管理、会議の調整、各種対応業務を担当する。

Prepare reports and presentations for executive meetings.

経営会議向けのレポートやプレゼン資料を作成する。

Research and gather data to support strategic decisions.

戦略的な意思決定をサポートするためのリサーチおよびデータ収集を行う。

Communicate with internal and external partners to build strong business relationships.

社内外の関係者と連携し、強固なビジネス関係を築く。

Handle confidential information with care and professionalism.

機密情報を適切かつ慎重に取り扱う。

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in finance or real estate.

エグゼクティブサポートの経験が5年以上ある方（特に財務または不動産業界での経験がある方歓迎）。

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

優れた組織力を持ち、マルチタスクや優先順位付けができる方。

Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.

英語および日本語での優れたコミュニケーション能力を持つ方。

Detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems.
