APAC Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote / Hybrid Work OK!)
Our client are a growing tech B2C tech company, recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner for the APAC region.
This is a role with regional responsibility for experienced TA professionals. You'll work in a multicultural environment with options for remote work. You will also report directly to the Regional Head of People.
Key Responsibilities
- - Align recruitment strategies with the CEO, CCO, country managers, and department heads.
- - Create engaging job postings and recruitment content.
- - Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring.
- - Use ATS (Greenhouse) to track and analyze candidate pipelines.
- - Work with the PR team to boost recruitment / employer branding and referral programs.
Qualifications:
- - Strong background in talent acquisition
- - Experience managing complete end-to-end recruitment processes.
- - Proficiency in using ATS systems
- - Ability to communicate and collaborate with senior leadership is essential.
- - Must be fluent in Japanese.
