Commercial Allocator

Job Description:
The ideal candidate is business-minded, highly analytical, and detail-oriented, with solid experience in the luxury fashion industry. This role will support the Buying & Planning team across the product life cycle, including pre- and in-season allocation, stock and sales analysis, and off-price objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly reporting and analysis of sales and stock opportunities for both full-price and off-price stores.
- Managing allocation and replenishment processes for all APAC stores.
- Monitoring incoming orders to ensure timely and optimized allocation across all channels.
- Managing stock reservations, sales orders, and transfers in the retail system.
- Forecasting demand to move stock between regional warehouses, reducing costs and environmental impact.
- Redistributing stock between channels and stores to increase sales and enhance the client experience.
- Reviewing discount levels in off-price channels and recommending actions based on analysis.
- Preparing stock offers, visual files, and coordinating order and delivery follow-ups with external partners.
- Supporting ongoing team projects and collaborating effectively with other departments.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge and interest in the luxury fashion industry; previous retail or fashion experience is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion industry, with full category experience preferred.
- Highly analytical with strong Excel skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking and prioritizing.
