As an Account Executive, you'll collaborate with diverse clients, drive innovation, and grow with a forward-thinking company.
Responsibilities:
- - Drive sales to acquire new clients and provide them with cutting-edge property management software for rental housing.
- - Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to boost revenue and expand accounts.
- - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue from existing clients.
- - Work with the Sales Operations Manager to meet lead generation targets using past and current data.
- - Share market insights and customer feedback with the Head of Sales to improve products and develop strategies.
Requirements:
- - At least 5 years of experience in sales with a strong record in outbound sales and account management.
- - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- - Ability to independently manage and grow a client base, exceeding sales and retention targets.
- - Fluent-level Japanese and business-level English required.
