Authorization and Release Terms & Conditions

1. 'Candidate' identifies the individual supplying the Testimonial.

2. 'Testimonial' identifies the written content that the Candidate supplies.

3. The Testimonial, made on behalf of Specialized Group, may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting Specialized Group. Specialized Group is authorized to use the Candidate’s name, job title, and the Testimonial as defined in these Terms & Conditions.

4. Specialized Group is irrevocably authorized to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the Testimonial for purposes of promoting Specialized Group's services or for any other lawful purpose. The Testimonial may be used in printed publications, multimedia presentations, on websites or in any other distribution media.

5. The Candidate will make no monetary or other claims against Specialized Group for the use of the Testimonial.

6. In addition, any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, wherein the testimonial appears are waived.

7. Specialized Group shall be held harmless and released from all claims, demands, and causes of action in which the Candidate, the Candidate’s heirs, representatives, executors, administrators or any other persons acting on behalf of the candidate’s estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
