VP of Facilities Management

We are working with a leading company in the industrial sector to find a Vice President of Facilities Management. This person will manage all building operations, maintenance, and development. Reporting to the Secretary-General, this role is crucial for maintaining a sustainable and efficient campus that supports research and education. 主な職務内容

• - 建物の維持管理と運営計画を策定し、持続可能性とコスト効率を重視した実施を行う。
• - キャンパス開発計画について、上級管理者と協力し、機関の目標を達成する。
• - 予算管理と補助金申請を担当し、財務的責任を果たす。
• - 政府および地方自治体の関係者との主要なコンタクトポイントとして、パートナーやベンダーとの交渉を行う。
• - キャンパス内のスペース配分と利用を監督し、ステークホルダーのニーズに応える。
• - 新しいERPシステムの導入に参加する。

応募資格

• - 建築学、工学、または関連分野の学士号（修士号が望ましい）。
• - 15年以上の施設管理経験、うち10年以上のリーダーシップ経験が必要。日本での経験必須。
• - 組織変革、ステークホルダーマネジメント、プロジェクト管理における強力なリーダーシップを発揮できること。英語と日本語に堪能であること。
