VP of engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Formulating technical strategies and roadmaps
• Building the foundation for a rapidly expanding engineering team and organizing the structure
• Creating an organization where professional engineers want to continue working
• Team building, development, and evaluation of the engineering team
• Identifying challenges within the team and devising and implementing solutions
• People management of engineers (over 50 members)

Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience in a technical role
• Experience managing a team of over 50 engineers
• Deep knowledge and practical experience in AI and machine learning
• Experience in team building, development, and evaluation
• Advanced communication skills and leadership
• Japanese (Fluent), English (Business)
