• 新しいプロジェクト機会の開発
• ジョイントベンチャーパートナーおよびその他の利害関係者との関係構築
• 投資家への包括的なレポート提供および効果的な調達戦略の作成
• アンダーライティングモデルの作成
• 新規プロジェクト取得のためのデューデリジェンスプロセスの実施
• 物件取得のクロージング業務の監督

• データセンターおよび物流開発分野での豊富な経験
• 確立されたプロフェッショナルネットワーク
• 優れた交渉スキルと成功した対外関係の実績
• 戦略的リーダーシップの経験
