We are looking for an experienced Venue Manager to lead the operations of a well-known venue in central Tokyo. This venue is famous for its exhibitions and immersive experiences. You will be the key person ensuring smooth event execution, great visitor experiences, and effective sustainability practices. You will help create memorable experiences and promote sustainable practices.

主な業務内容：

- 日常業務を管理し、会場が準備万端であり、すべての健康と安全基準を満たしていることを確認する。
- 契約業者やセキュリティチームとの関係を構築・維持し、飲食業務やベンダー契約を監督する。
- コストを抑え、収益性を確保するために予算を管理する。
- 内部スタッフおよび外部パートナーと緊密に連携し、優れた来場者体験を提供するためにチームをリードし、動機付けを行う。
- 環境の持続可能性と企業の社会的責任の取り組みを推進し、ライセンスや地方自治体と協力する。
- すべての法令および業界基準を遵守することを保証する。

応募資格：

- エンターテインメントまたはホスピタリティ業界での会場管理またはイベントコーディネーションの実績があること。
- 多様なチームを管理した経験を持つ強力なリーダーシップスキル。
- 優れた組織力、マルチタスク能力、コミュニケーションスキル。
- イベントに関する健康と安全規則の知識。
- 予算管理および財務報告の経験。
- 必要に応じて夜間や週末に勤務する意欲があること。
- 英語が堪能であること。
