UX Researcher - AI SaaS Company - 12M/Full Remote

As a UX Researcher, you will conduct UX research using methods like interviews, usability tests, surveys, and field studies, as well as analyzing findings to extract insights and document proposals for improvements. You will also collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to drive UX strategy.

Requirements:

• Practical experience in UX research
• Experience leading research projects
• Business-level Japanese and conversational-level English
• Proficiency in Figma (nice to have)
