UX Designer / Project Manager - Up to 10M

Our client is a digital design and UX consulting company based in Japan. They specialize in service design, focusing on creating seamless end-to-end customer experiences across digital products, services, and business processes. They work with major clients across industries, combining design expertise, technology, and business insights to drive digital transformation and create user-centered solutions.

They are currently looking to hire a UX Designer / Project Manager who will be involved in every phase of service development, from research and ideation to implementation and ongoing improvement, ensuring the ideal user experience is maintained across online and offline interactions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer / Project Manager
• Broad knowledge of business, design, and technology
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals
• Professional-level fluency in Japanese
