Job Description

Overall Mission
Understand the brand value and product benefits fully and deliver to consumers through various touchpoints in comprehensive and impactful ways. Always search for new consumer touchpoints and create impactful content.

Tasks
- Manage key account brand spaces (Shop in Shop/Brand Corner @ Wholesale door).
- Communicate with key account sales members daily.
- Plan and implement all brand POP & product POP.
- Plan and execute key account sell-through promotions (Gift with Purchase).
- Manage and maintain office showroom space with the latest images.
- Create product presentation spaces at the office for key account meetings.
- Manage external marketing material production companies.
- Manage external marketing (Visual Merchandising Rounder) agencies.
- Maintain brand consistency across wholesale channels and retail doors.
- Control all brand material archives by season and product category.
- Control and report all marketing budgets to Japan Finance and Global Marketing.
- Control all marketing-related invoices with Japan Finance.
- Present all key account in-store visual presentations and POP materials with the global marketing counterpart in a timely manner.
- Maintain smooth communication with the global marketing organization.

Qualifications
- University degree
- Professional knowledge of marketing and marketing material creation/production.
- Creativity, excellent editorial skills, and good judgment in content development.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization with different interdisciplinary contacts.
- Contacts in the fashion and trade press, influencers,
- Trend awareness, communication, and organizational strength.
- Well-structured work style and good time management.
- Open-minded, flexible, and motivated to go beyond.
- Good communicator both inside and outside the company.
- Strong team player with a "can do" attitude.
- Must be fluent in Japanese & English.
