Technical Project Manager/Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work for a newly formed team as a technical PM/BA, gathering IT and/or business requirements, coordinating with Product Manager, PMO and other project members for all activitiesas
• Support the analysis and implementation of new vendor platforms for Japan (including the Group entities) applications in scope
• Analyze the current internal platform(s) for its design / tech implementation / database and work with the Product Manager & Vendor for platform build-out / migration
• gathering IT and/or business requirements from the application teams, prepare a strategy to migrate onto new platforms
• Support for creation of regional support model, build the Japan support capabilities and provide post integration support

Qualifications

Mandatory

• Japanese fluency (at least N2) to be able to communicate with Japanese stakeholders
• English fluency
• Currently residing in Japan
• 5+ years experience in Java development, databases, with some experience in RESTful services development
• 2+ years of PM/BA experience
• Technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure, IT Security and Software Development Lifecycle

Preferred

• Experience in an Investment Bank
• Process knowledge of Identity and access management
• Knowledge on Entitlement frameworks and Single Sign On
• Knowledge / Experience of managing user access administration via Saviynt / PlainID
• Experience with Cloud technology including SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of Agile development processes
• Knowledge of change/release/incident management process
• Knowledge of production support process
