We are looking for a Tax Technology & Transformation Specialist to join a top consulting firm. 主な業務内容：

• 国内大手企業に対する税務および会計テクノロジーのアドバイス
• 戦略的な税務計画やグローバル税務ガバナンスに関するプロジェクトのリード
• 税務プロセスの変革とテクノロジーの導入、プロジェクトの全体管理
• TagetikやMicrosoftのSharePoint、Power PlatformなどのEPMソリューションの実装
• Thomson Reuters ONESOURCEなどのソフトウェアを活用した税務ソリューションの開発
• データ分析、機械学習、AI、BIツールを用いた税務プロセスの改善

応募資格：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 公認会計士（CPA、USCPA、税理士）の資格
• Big4または他のコンサルティングファームでの経験
• 上記ITツールに関する知識

マネージャーレベル：

• 税務・会計での5年以上の経験、システム開発・導入に興味がある方
• 新サービスの企画・提供経験
• チームマネジメント、論理的思考、問題解決能力
• 優れた対人スキルとコミュニケーション能力

シニアアソシエイトレベル：

• 税務・会計での3年以上の経験、システムプロジェクトに興味がある方
• 強い分析力、問題解決能力、コミュニケーション能力
