Key Responsibilities:

- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Create and implement talent development programs aligned with company goals.
- Oversee recruitment of about 15 new graduates annually for technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage mid-career recruitment, hiring 10-20 people per year to support business growth.
- Run performance evaluations and provide coaching to managers to improve team performance.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in talent management and recruitment.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
